"I came by the store and wanted to purchase a Thermo Jacket. I needed a medium, there wasn't one in the store. I was told they would have some on the next truck, and check back on next Thursday. I came back on Thursday and was told none was on the truck, try back the following week. I did so and again no jacket. I finally said my time is valuable, and gas is expensive, are you going to have the jackets or not. The guy went into my account and noted for a medium jacket come for me on the next truck. I was told once they come in, someone would call me. Three weeks pass and not call. I stopped by the store and ask if the jacket had come in. An attendant went to the back and brought the jacket to the front. I asked when did the jacket come in. He looked at the not on the jacket and responded November 1, 2019, and the date was November 7th. Poor service and for the money I spend in that store, I'd rather travel distance to be respected before I spend money in a store that gives me any."
